RIVRO processes account data, workspace content, and technical logs needed to operate the service. Retention periods are REQUIRES_BUSINESS_INPUT.
Agency subscribers can use Branded CVs to store an uploaded résumé, an encrypted review copy, and generated DOCX/PDF files so the agency can remove direct contacts and apply its own layout. The purpose is document preparation for the agency’s client, not candidate evaluation. RIVRO does not score, rank, or match candidates and does not make hiring decisions. Original files are deleted 24 hours after extraction. Generated files and the encrypted review copy are deleted after 30 days, or sooner if the user deletes the document. This feature does not send résumé text to an LLM. Storage follows the configured private object store and region. Backups may keep encrypted copies until those backups expire.
